The building on the Muller Pier contains 42 apartments, a gym and a restaurant. The building rises gradually up to a height of 30 meters. The houses are arranged around an atrium.
The apartments on the atrium side are accessed by a circular gallery. The houses above the mezzanine are relatively shallow but have terraces with loggias on the sides. From the terraces on each floor you can see the harbor. Tunnel casting was used to realize the spans of the atrium, so that the atrium could be realized without exceptional constructions.
