Building 326 is part of a project by the Central Government Real Estate Agency for the former Valkenburg air base in Katwijk. The assignment was to develop a sustainable living and working location. In the new design of Superuse Studios, it has been decided to use many windows in combination with skylights. The building has undergone a high-quality transformation through the use of circular materials and
building parts. Solar panels, underfloor heating and a green roof have also been applied.

Bureau Bouwkunde Nederland has provided the architectural engineering support and written the technical specifications for the circular harvesting of materials and products. We supervised the purchase of the materials and supervised the implementation.
