BIM modeller (m/f) 32-40 hrs/week

We are growing fast and therefore we are looking for a BIM modeller who wants to contribute to the further development of our office.

Your profile
Within a dynamic team you will work on ambitious projects from Preliminary Design (VO) to Execution Ready Design (UO). In this role, you are responsible for the technical design and drawing of building projects. You work closely together in a team with clients, architects and contractors.

In this role, you are at the centre of the organisation and support the team with your technical knowledge. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who feels at home in a dynamic environment and for whom the technical design of buildings is a passion.

Furthermore, you have

• an engineering degree (HBO/WO) or equivalent;
• sound knowledge of construction;
• experience with architectural detailing;
• a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position;
• knowledge of the Bouwbesluit and regulations;
• command of Revit;
• accurate working method and an eye for detail;
• a drive to develop yourself.
