Kooren Pavilion, Rotterdam

Paviljoen Kooren is located at the corner of Veerkade and Westerkade in Rotterdam and houses a small office for the towing service with harbour-related activities, as well as a luxury hospitality facility. A terrace overlooking the Maas River is being created on the Veerhaven side.

Bureau Bouwkunde provided the construction cost estimation for the new construction of this pavilion, commissioned by Stone Value B.V. Paviljoen Kooren was designed by Quist Wintermans Architekten on behalf of Rotortug, towage company Adriaan Kooren.
