The residential buildings “De Hoge Heren” are located at the foot of the Erasmus Bridge, in the Scheepvaartkwartier. The complex consists of a six-storey substructure with two residential towers 102 meters high above it. 290 homes have been realized here. The basement includes facilities such as a parking garage, office space, catering, a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room. One tower is rectangular, while the shape of the tower on the side of the intersection of the Coolsingel with the Westzeedijk is determined by the street pattern.
