In collaboration with Accu Architects, Bureau Bouwkunde has developed an energy-neutral residence in Kijkduin for a private client. The house has recently been completed and is now occupied.

During the design phase, Bureau Bouwkunde provided both the technical construction development and process/project management. We carried out the construction plan development from the Final Design (DO) to the Construction-Ready Design (UO). Furthermore, we assessed the building plan, including building physics aspects, for compliance with the Building Regulations, and wrote the Safety and Health Plan for the design phase. Subsequently, we conducted a cost estimation, guided the client during the price and contract formation with the selected contractor, and provided support during the handover. The construction was executed by Van Driel Bouw.
