In Zoetermeer, a new apartment building with 85 social rental homes is being realized, designed by Eentien Architecten. What sets this project apart is the compact layout of the floor plans, which optimally utilizes all living space, and the twist halfway through the building that responds to the context of the neighbourhood.

For this project, Bureau Bouwkunde has written the Technical Specification (STABU).
