For our client, we have worked out the plans for the transformation of the existing office building on the Krijtwal. The apartment building will have around 36 houses, which previously housed offices of various companies. The new apartments are very energy efficient due to the use of new high-quality insulated frames, the after-insulation of the outer walls, the use of a heat recovery system and the PV panels that will be placed on the roof. In addition, future residents will have a garden or balcony and a shared indoor bicycle shed.

In collaboration with a constructor and installation consultant, we have elaborated the final design (DO) in 3D into working drawings.
