This project consisted of the transformation of an existing office building of approximately 10,000 m2 on Koningin Marialaan in The Hague into housing. This plan provided for the creation of 170 independent student studios from the ground floor and 19 starter apartments on the 5th and 7th floors of the building.
The existing basement is furnished as a general bicycle storage and an individual storage space for the residents.
