For our client, in collaboration with Architectenbureau Filip Mens, we have worked out the preliminary design (VO) for the new construction of the Legoland Discovery Center (LDC) in Scheveningen until the execution. The current Vitalizee building on Middenboulevard will be demolished and rebuilt. The new building will include a Legoland Discovery Center and various catering establishments.
