On the campus of Avans University of Applied Sciences in Den Bosch, a new educational building (commissioned by Avans) and an apartment complex (commissioned by BrabantWonen) with 125 student housing units are being developed. The project is located in Den Bosch, on Onderwijsboulevard and Statenlaan.

For this large project, Bureau Bouwkunde has taken on tasks such as BIM modelling of the Technical Design-specifications and Construction-Ready Design.
