The new building of the Rosa Spier Huis care complex contains 92 care apartments and 46 apartments with heavy care. The Rosa Spier Huis is unique in the Netherlands, aimed at artists and art-related scientists in a unique cultural environment. It has a range of facilities: there are music studios, workshops, a concert and theater hall, exhibition space and a library. Every year, various cultural activities take place in these spaces, varying from public concerts, theater performances and exhibitions to lectures, workshops and presentations.
Bureau Bouwkunde Nederland has carried out the architectural plan elaboration for the Ready-to-run Design (UO) phase, including technical details. Our team then wrote the technical specifications (stabu).
