Nieuw Holland transformed the former office building at Kadelaan in Zoetermeer into an apartment complex of 59 homes. According to the architect’s design, the building was provided with a completely new facade and balconies. The two-room apartments are between 40 and 50m2 and have parking facilities on site. The addition of 1200m2 communal garden makes it very complete as a residential building.
Bureau Bouwkunde Nederland has carried out the structural drawing work for our client for the Technical Design (TO) and the final tender.
