Renovation and Partial New Construction – De Hoeksteen Primary School

Bureau Bouwkunde’s contribution:

• Architectural planning
• Final Design (DO)
• Technical Design (TO) (ongoing)

Renovation and partial new construction are scheduled for De Hoeksteen primary school in Honselersdijk. A portion of the current building will be demolished, while the preserved section will undergo thorough renovation. Once the planned new construction is completed, the school will occupy it, along with ‘Huis van de Buurt’ (House of the Neighborhood), a part of the building serving a public function.

Bureau Bouwkunde has been entrusted by RoosRos Architects to handle the architectural development in Revit 2022 for this project. We completed the Design Development phase last year, and currently, we are working on the Construction Documentation phase.
