Right in the centre of Rotterdam, on the river Maas, two residential towers, Clubhouse Boompjes, are rising, designed by Team V Architecture. Bureau Bouwkunde was commissioned by Cordeel B.V. to provide BIM coordination and BIM clash control.

Clubhouse Boompjes is a co-housing complex with freehold sector flats for two or three residents. The towers are 70 and 100 metres high respectively, making them a considerable addition to the Rotterdam skyline. The project is now under construction.
