The water-rich new development plan of Rijnvaert Oegstgeest comprises detached villas, semi-detached houses and plots. These are realized between the Valkenburgerweg and the Oude Rijn. The new construction plan at the level of the Valkenburger ferry path is in line with the Waterbospark residential area. Buyers can build their own house on the plots directly on the Oude Rijn. In total there will be 50 homes in Rijnvaert Oegstgeest. The plan is being sold and built in phases.
For our client we provided the structural details (BIM) from final design up to and including delivery.
