For our client, the Reformed Church Rotterdam-Alexanderpolder, we provided construction management and detailed planning for the renovation and sustainability upgrade of their church. In collaboration with Architectenbureau Marco Born BV, we worked on the project from the initial planning phase to the construction-ready phase.

The sustainability upgrade included the installation of new insulated aluminum window frames, the addition of interior walls, the implementation of underfloor heating, and a heat recovery ventilation system (WTW-installation). The renovation was carried out while preserving the existing architectural features of the church.
