For the new location of the Young Business School at Katendrecht, we took care of the complete architectural plan elaboration from Preliminary Design to realization. The new location had to comply with the “Fresh Schools” concept. So with a low energy consumption and a healthy indoor environment.

Bureau Bouwkunde Nederland has elaborated the client’s initial idea & PvE for the new location in its entirety and applied for an environmental permit application from the Municipality of Rotterdam. Subsequently, we were involved in the further realization by means of guidance and advice on price & contract formation and the ultimate construction supervision and management.
