This project concerned the construction of 72 PG (psychogeriatric care) homes for the Kerkstraat-Poortlaan Care Campus in Wassenaar. The plan consisted of three separate buildings on Ridderlaan and Kerkstraat. Two buildings on Kerkstraat were connected by a walkway.
We took care of the structural development for the building application, the Final Design and the specification phase including building details. In addition, we assisted our client during the tendering procedure. An important starting point for this project was that both the manufacturer and we would work together integrally in one central BIM model. In addition, we have assessed the plan on feasibility, building physics and quality.
